SOPEG is a French company specialized in the design, manufacture and distribution of consumer electronic products.

Created in 1997 by Jean-Tony Leac (who is still the President and CEO), SOPEG now has a presence throughout Europe and Asia, and the company employs 40 people.

SOPEG has been a market leader since 2006 for digital picture frames in France, Italy and Spain, and in 2009 it launched a line of home phones that united innovation and design.

In 2010, SOPEG opened SOPEG’Pro, a subsidiary dedicated to dynamic display for professionals. It now offers a complete range of integrated solutions.

In October 2011, TELEFUNKEN celebrated its return to the field of sound with Sound Mobile, a vintage-styled Bluetooth speaker in bright colours that appeals to both owners of Bluetooth-ready devices and to music fans, who want to carry it everywhere with them. It’s the primary product in a full range presented in 2012.

The company studies and analyses consumption habits, user behaviour and the ensuing situations in which the products and features are used.

Telefunken accordingly combines innovation and design, seeking only performance and simplicity of use.

SOPEG equips all its products, no matter the field, with the latest technological innovations to offer its users a rewarding experience.

Under the Telefunken brand, SOPEG designs, develops and markets products in residential and mobile telephony, digital picture frames exclusively in 12 European nations, and more recently in sound with Sound Mobile in the French market.

SOPEG is also the exclusive distributor of the AEG brand in France, offering a full range of design home phones.

SOPEG has established partnerships with various French and European distribution channels, including a complete range of services. As a result, the products are available in large specialised networks, large-scale distributor chains and on specialised websites.
